Being a student of Authentic Movements YTT, I feel like I was given creative freedom within the practice of yoga. I absolutely love combining the breath with movement and energy work. Yoga is a movement meditation. Therefore, I use many different types of meditation to integrate all the benefits of this deep work. There are so many benefits to each practice and I feel that it is important to switch it up and try new things:)

Starting a movement practice can be challenging. Many of my clients have been intimidated by yoga in the studio, some also had physical limitations that they weren’t sure how to modify. I believe yoga truly is for everybody. There are so many benefits to be gained through a regular practice. I love teaching, assisting and giving my clients the tools they need to have a successful, sustainable practice so they build their confidence within their practice:)

I like to work with clients for an extended amount of time. It takes sustained effort to maintain positive life altering habits. We will reevaluate goals and progress every 6 weeks to make changes as necessary. We will meet weekly or biweekly depending on your needs. Our sessions will be recorded so you are able to revisit class content as many times as you’d like. Commit to change by investing in your future and the life you wish to create.

My yogic journey started 20 years ago by taking a college elective course for fun. I fell in love with the practice. Yoga has helped me to hold balance though and navigate difficulties that we all inevitable face in life.

I am a RYT working toward my 500 hour. I completed my initial training with Authentic Movements in Feb 2019. I have since completed other teacher trainings that include meditation, inversions and sequencing. I have been trained in Vinyasa and have developed my own unique style that incorporates my training and experience as a Reiki Master.
